6pm Start – Teams of 3 – Come along and you’ll be assigned a team on the night, or make up your own team to take out the top spot. 

Kids 300m Run / 700m Bike / 300m Run

All others – 3 x 200m Swim / 3.3km Bike / 1.0km Run (every team member does a full triathlon)

Kayak / SUP Option will be available for those that don’t want to swim – (The SUP/Kayak option is not eligible for the club championship awards)

Short Course – 200m Swim / 8.8km Bike / 1.5km Run

Long Course – 400m Swim / 13.2km Bike / 3.0km Run

Kids 300m Run / 1.5km Bike / 300m Run

Short Course 2 x – 100m Swim / 2.2km Bike / 750m Run

Long Course – 2 x – 200m Swim / 4.4km Bike / 1.5km Run

6pm Start – Choose your order – swim first? Run First? Bike first? It’s up to you. Then we BBQ

Everyone else who is not a kid (aren’t we all?)  – 200m Swim / 8.8km Bike / 1.5km Run
